Actress, Writer & Fitness / Yoga Teacher
Lola Maltz is a New York–trained actress and writer whose work spans film, television, and the stage — alongside more than fifteen years as a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher.
Trained in the Meisner technique with additional study in UCB improv and sketch, musical theatre voice, and eight years of advanced dance, Lola holds a BA in Drama from UC Irvine. Her performance work moves fluidly between comedy, drama, and music — most recently channeled into her original one-woman musical.
